Our vision for children with special educational needs and disabilities is the same for all our children at Miers Court Primary School and that is a commitment to create an inclusive, safe and stimulating environment where we work and learn together. We help one another to overcome challenges with confidence and resilience, having respect for ourselves and each other. We celebrate hard work and effort and our successes are shared because we know that together we can achieve more.

We have high expectations of all our children and respect the fact that all children:

• have different educational and behavioral needs
• require a range of distinct teaching experiences and may benefit from different learning strategies
• express and communicate their own needs in a variety of different ways
