Welcome to Miers Court Primary School. We have much to be proud of at our school and the website offers just a tiny glimpse of life at our school.
We are a happy two form entry Primary and are proud of our reputation as a friendly and caring place where our children are encouraged to be the very best they can in all aspects of school life. Our children have a strong voice here; from our School Council to our House Captains, pupil leadership is highly valued and there are lots of opportunities for children to contribute to our school community.

We are excited to let you know that our Kitt Medical anaphylaxis kit has arrived and been put up on the wall in our office area. The kit provides schools with epi pens suitable for adults and children. Since Kitt Medical was formed, it has saved the lives of 11 individuals across the country! A huge thank you to the PTFA, all the parents who supported our loose change campaign and Lucy at Sage Flooring LTD for making this happen and enabling us to place the order for our kit! Our children are now much more allergy aware after each year group spent time learning about different allergies and moving forward, this will be an annual event so that we can continue to promote and facilitate our school as an allergy safe environment.
Miers Court have had a fabulous day commemorating VE Day on its 80th anniversary! Children and staff came to school dressed in red white and blue and spent time learning about VE Day in their classrooms. To round off the celebrations we held a wonderful community picnic and the weather was very kind to us! A big thank you goes to Ellinors Ice Cream, you were definitely kept very busy this afternoon! Thank you also to all our families, community members and ex pupils who came to join us. It was lovely to see such a busy field with lots of happy, smiling faces in the sunshine!
