Welcome to Miers Court Primary School. We have much to be proud of at our school and the website offers just a tiny glimpse of life at our school.
We are a happy two form entry Primary and are proud of our reputation as a friendly and caring place where our children are encouraged to be the very best they can in all aspects of school life. Our children have a strong voice here; from our School Council to our House Captains, pupil leadership is highly valued and there are lots of opportunities for children to contribute to our school community.

Year 5 have thoroughly enjoyed writing their poems on the theme of Chinese New Year. We are very impressed with the range of figurative language they all used to paint a picture in the reader's mind. We are equally impressed with their handwriting and colourful presentation. All of the children's poems will be created in to an anthology for everyone to enjoy.
A huge well done to everyone for the amazing effort for today's NSPCC Number Day. A fantastic start to our Maths Week! It was lovely to see so many children getting involved with their brilliant number-themed outfits. Throughout the day, we discussed the important work of the NSPCC, practised our number skills, played maths games and took part in the Trust-wide TTRS competition. A fun-filled day of learning, teamwork and number power – thank you all for making it such a success! We can't wait to see what else Enterprise Week brings.
