Welcome to Miers Court Primary School. We have much to be proud of at our school and the website offers just a tiny glimpse of life at our school.
We are a happy two form entry Primary and are proud of our reputation as a friendly and caring place where our children are encouraged to be the very best they can in all aspects of school life. Our children have a strong voice here; from our School Council to our House Captains, pupil leadership is highly valued and there are lots of opportunities for children to contribute to our school community.

Year 3 have been working very hard in DT this term to build bridges as a way of connecting two parts of an African village which are separated by a river. The children have learnt about different types of join and which shapes are used in buildings to add strength. They have completed test runs and investigations along the way before finally working in groups to build their bridges! The children have shown such impressive enthusiasm and teamwork. We are really proud of them - well done Year 3!
We are holding a number of limited capacity School Tours over the next few months, for anyone who may be considering Miers Court for their child in September 2026. These tours are an opportunity to see the school in action, and speak to our Principal or a member of the Senior Leadership team, as well as getting an opportunity to speak to pupils. Each tour is limited to a maximum of 8 families and booking must be made in advance by contacting the school office.
